Shipping

All items will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Shipping will take up to 5-7 days if you are purchasing a pre-made item. Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after ordered.

Note: You will be informed whether an item is pre-made or pre-ordered before placing your order.

Returns

All sales are FINAL. If damage is found after receiving an item, you may submit photo proof to our Instagram. From there, we will determine whether there needs to be an exchange or store credit given. These damages may be submitted 24 hours after receiving the item for us to take action.
